NO – VEMBER
Quote of the day
‘Say NO to Vanity, Edacity, Mendacity, Brutality, Enmity and Rotundity.’
Welcome to the month of November 2017. In this month, the penultimate month of the year I want us to have the mind-set to say NO. Yes, No to NO-VEMBER. It is a definite no to Vanity, Edacity, Mendacity, Brutality, Enmity and Rotundity. You must apply this mind-set to help you bring out the best in you. Vanity can drive you to insanity if you are not careful. Vanity is about having a negative approach to your life. You want to be successful but you remain unsuccessful. You want to be productive by the end of your working day but remain unproductive. Therefore, in NO – VEMBER you need to say no to vanity. To remain trim and slim you need to manage the Science of Edacity and that is very simple. Eat in Moderation and with a little bit of Consideration. Saying no to Mendacity is a vital necessity to a Meritocratic Goal Setter. You need, to be honest rather than dishonest. You need to keep promises rather than break them. You need to be at your finest, always. Say no to Brutality in NO – VEMBER. You cannot be harsh to another human being. Every human being alive is important to you and to them. Respect works in both directions. Show respect and you shall gain respect. Show disrespect and you shall earn disrespect. Brutality should be for the bullies. Say no to Enmity in NO – VEMBER. Without friends where will you be. Friends make all the difference. Friends always lighten your day, enemies always darken your outlook to life. Make friends, not enemies. Rotundity is a definite no in NO – VEMBER. We need to keep in shape to cope with the trials and tribulations of our day, our life and our world. Without shape we are shapeless. Without the drive, we lack the will to survive in the best of times and in the worst of times. Remember to embrace each other and say no in NO – VEMBER.
Timing is important
Quote of the day
‘Timing is about being SPOT ON. It is about allocating time each day for Scheduling, Planning, Organising, Timetabling, Order and Negotiating. Do this in sequence and you would expend 86,400 seconds profitably each day.’
Welcome to the 27th of October 2016. Today I want to talk about the importance of your time. Your time on planet Earth is a precious gift bestowed upon you which is equated to 86,400 seconds per day. Transparent Success is based entirely on how you use these seconds each day. Timing is about being SPOT ON. The first letter in this acronym is Scheduling. Scheduling is about arranging your day to suit you. Here you develop a mindset to get up and go to bed at a certain time. It is about programming you to do this daily, weekends can be an exception. It is about scheduling all your activities in a logistic way. This includes going to the toilet, washing, brushing, bathing, eating, working, relaxing, reading, writing, walking, talking etc. What follows next is Planning. Planning is about thinking about tomorrow and the years ahead. It is about visualisation and understanding the workload attached to your visualisation. It is very easy to visualise what you want to do but then do nothing to achieve it. Planning is about writing down what you need to do. What comes next is Organising. Organising is the mathematical way to put your workload into a logistic fashion. Priority comes first in most tasks set upon by yourself when you plan. Planning gives you a series of tasks that is often sequential. To make them doable you need to enter them into a memo called timetabling. Timetabling is about allocating specific seconds to a task. This comes with experience. Every task requires time to complete it and proficiency to accomplish it. This leads to the Order of the day. Order in this case scenario is about sticking to a written mandate. At Universally Friendly we call this mandate Destinations. More about this later. Order maintains stability in your day. A day that is calm always ensures a future that is peaceful and not wasteful. Finally, there is negotiating. Negotiation is a personal discussion between you and yourself. Have you taken on too much? Are you being realistic with your promises? Can you undertake the workload at the designated time? By negotiating you can make several changes to suit you and the people that depend on you. You can make promises and often keep to them. Negotiation is like the cherry on the topping. Don’t forget to order your destinations Diary in good time for the New Year. Have a great day.
White Rabbit! White Rabbit! White Rabbit! Welcome to the month of October 2016, the month of Affectivity. The order of things is predetermined by the way you mix and match. In order to do good, you need to first understand what is bad for you. In order to exercise justice onto your fellow human being, you need to differentiate justice from injustice. In order to become successful, you need to understand what stress, distress, oppression, depression and suppression can do to you. In order to make friends, you need to eliminate your enemies first. In order to find the road to righteousness, you may have to deviate for a short while and take the road to unrighteousness to find remnants of old footage where exploitation, frustration, and temptation once reigned. In order to climb the summit of success, you need to watch out for the sharp descent that most people take when they are hasty. In order to find peace, you need first to develop inner peace before establishing outer peace. In order to live to 100 years of age, you need to love your life and understand the purpose of it. In order to be fit, you need to understand what it feels to be unfit. If so, then learn to omit the fats and sugars and then commit to a steady exercise regime. In order to do something right, you need to understand what is wrong in the first place. In order to dream about creating golden goals, you need first to download streams of spectacular and inspiring footage into the corridors of your mind. In order to gain knowledge, you first need to acknowledge it. In order to be kind, you need to find the kindness that was once given to you. In order to avoid confliction, you need to learn to avoid contradiction. In order to love, you need to differentiate between love, lust, and hate. In order to appreciate the gift of life, you need to demonstrate your ability to live your life. In order to concentrate or meditate effectively, you must first learn to alleviate pain, anticipate shame, attenuate constrain and negotiate restrain. In order to find wisdom, you need first to acknowledge that the kingdom of heaven does exist. In order to improve your skills, you first need to walk in the foothills of trial and error. In order to be fair to someone you need to not stare, swear or compare them. In order to be accomplished and fulfilled at the end of a day, you need to start with a list of tasks that only you can consider worthy of doing. In order to stop a catastrophe, you need to avoid a tragedy, overcome travesty and to annihilate blasphemy. In order to be effective, you need to be objective, collective and corrective. The order of things is predetermined by the way you mix and match. In October we shall learn the art of mixing and matching.
Always remember, never forget
Quote of the day
‘The loss of a loved one is a very hollow feeling that one could possibly experience in life. To help you cope with such an extreme loss you need to follow on with constant remembrance. Remembrance is a transcendence feeling that helps you to cope with renewed hope. It helps you to deal with acceptance and repentance.’
A very, very blessed welcome to the start of your new working week and of course the final working week of September 2016. Did you have a wonderful and restful weekend? Did you manage to slumber into a world of relaxation and happiness? I hope and pray that my inspirational articles have helped you along your journey to success. Weekends to me are very important recurring events in my life. Firstly, it precedes a working week and therefore it gives me a unique opportunity to prepare, remain fair, delete the weekday nightmares, repair any flaws and attend to my underwear, knitwear, footwear, neckwear and a bit of skincare. It also follows on from the previous working week and thereby enables me to assess my progress and to address my stress, if any. Today marks the 80th birthday of my Mum who passed away unexpectedly 22 years ago. Her passing away was the foundation to Universally Friendly. In the past 22 years, she has taught me new things and to remember old things. She has helped to cope with renewed hope and has given me a new vocation in life and that is to care, share and remain fair. She has helped me to understand the meaning of life and brought me closer to my spirituality and away from my vanity. Over the years I can safely say that I improved my personality, adjusted my mentality, comprehended my morality and focus on my immortality. We all experience the loss of a loved and such an experience can be quite lonely, empty, emotional and repenting. Remembrance has helped me to overcome loneliness, emptiness, emotions and repentance. Remembrance helped me to recollect those wonderful years that we shared together. Remembrance always carried me on a journey of transcendence. It helped me to understand my purpose in life and of course my purpose in the cosmos. Suddenly I knew answers to everything and these answers helped me to become logical, chronological and ideological. Logical because I was able to understand the meaning of life and how and why it started. Chronologically I was able to piece the making of the Universe and to understand the diversity and complexity of particles that make up the cosmos. Ideological because I suddenly wanted to help others in the same way I was helped 22 years ago. So, like Gregory Peck once said that to cope with a loss of someone is extremely difficult but over time you learn to cope and move on. You look to someone for comfort like your spouse and you become more spiritual because the meaning of life is about continuance. Remembrance has helped me to understand acceptance. Acceptance is about belief. With acceptance, you develop the confidence to move on and the trust to carry on. You get assigned an angel for the rest of your life by acknowledgement. Suddenly you are on top of the world. You could walk the mountains and the animals will not trouble you. You could walk the streets and the people will respect you. You could walk the journey of life and feel accomplished and fulfilled at each stopover. Dear Friends, it is a wonderful experience to learn about acceptance but also to understand about repentance. With your permission, I would like to dedicate an article about Repentance tomorrow. I would openly like to thank my mum for her sacrifice and for sharing a spiritual relationship with me for the past 22 years. As she holds onto my hands I am here to hold your hands to guidance and to overcome subsidence. Have a wonderful working week. Aim for your best and deliver only your best and nothing more.
‘Always aim to deliver your best and nothing more. Don’t be subjected to deliver more than your best.’
The Colours of September – the month of Passivity
Quote of month of September
‘The kaleidoscope effect of September makes it the month to always remember. There is the outbreak of Autumn colours with distinct watercolours of red, yellow, purple, black, orange, pink, magenta, blue and brown that intertwine with the technicolour of an epic blockbuster. The Earth in compliance makes it final quarter journey across its orbital path around the Sun, here a hurtling ball of activity revolves with passivity. Finally, there is migration of birds over epic distances, mutation of animals over tiny distances and creation of species over the entire globe in multicolours of high definition.’
White Rabbit! White Rabbit! White Rabbit! A heartfelt welcome to a colourful month in September 2016. I call it the month of Passivity. Why? It is called the month of passivity because all creatures great or small follow a path of obedience. They sense a change in season and with reason set off on a journey that is vital to the planet as a whole. There is obedience in each species from dragon flies to butterflies, from bugs to slugs and baboons to racoons. As a result, we need to follow a path of passivity too. We need to observe in order to conserve. We need create reserves in order to preserve. September colours makes us observe the beauty of life and how we fit into it. As animals and plants exercise obedience we must also exercise obedience. The use of the word passivity in this instance implies the subtle art of showing respect and obedience. It is the art of perfecting the natural world by inspecting the flaws that we might have created and correcting them with obedience. It is the month of collecting information relative to the overall needs of all the inhabitants of our planet to ensure a smooth migration of all life forms. Every little helps. If just one person does it the job becomes unmanageable but if everyone lends a helping hand it becomes more manageable. We need clip the edges and snip the hedges. We need to recycle and get on our bicycle. We need to keep things clean with a noted routine. The Science of Obedience eliminates disobedience. Disobedience is a common trait in all age groups and cultures. The Art of Respect makes you look at every aspect of life enabling you to protect, correct and inspect wherever necessary. Dear Friends use the colours of September to helps make our planet revolve smoothly about its axis. Let us become involved in climate change by interchanging ideas globally and rearranging our lives to meet the challenges ahead of us. Success it will be for us all, but we need to address world issues too and allow the process of life follow a smoother lifecycle. In the month of September 2016 I will help you to achieve this. I will inspire you daily as usual and motivate you to take the right action. Let us take 30 days of colour and turn it into a masterpiece of accomplishment and fulfilment.
Quote of the day
‘Think Pro and the following accreditations will easily follow: Professionalism, Proactive, Producer, Proficient, Programmer, Projectionist, Prolific, Prominent, Property Owner, Prosperity, Protector and a Provider.’
Welcome to the 4th day of August. Our theme for today is to think Pro, Act Pro and be a Pro. It may seem rather a tall task but actually it is a very small task. Think big and you shall be big. Build a dream and you shall live your dreams. Have love in your heart and love will flow like blood in every part of your body. I want you to think Pro and attached to this Prefix comes 12 power words which can change your life for the common good. At the beginning of this wonderful month we spoke about merging success with happiness. Most people don’t. Thinking about being a Pro will help you merge success with happiness with that sudden urge and a noted surge. Being positive about yourself despite the negativity around you can change your day in an instance. Always think Pro. Thinking about being a Pro will help you understand the advantages of such an accolade. Firstly, there is Professionalism. Professionalism is your skill in a particular niche developed over the years from experience. The world needs your skill and when you know that you are in demand you automatically cognate success with happiness. The next step is to be Proactive. This evolves from the SHARP Effect which we discussed yesterday. Always remember that a Proactive individual is always active in a positive way. They always subtract negatives from their lives. The next phase of your life is to be a Producer of your unselfish goals. You start by creating valid dreams and then manufacture goals to realise those dreams. You need to be Proficient in all your affairs. Professionalism is a skill in a niche area, proficiency is about being capable in all areas. You need to address the way you speak, tweak, peak, critique, develop your technique, seek your prosperity, focus on your physique and so on. The next step to your glorious success and happiness is to be a Programmer. Now a Programmer is not limited to the IT industry. Programming is about planning, creating, instructing, advising, coordinating and accomplishing. To be an effective Programmer you need to be a good Projectionist. A Projectionist thinks of tomorrow and the day after. They live with awareness of possibilities and impossibilities. They analyse, sacrifice and try to be nice. To be Prolific means that you are serious about your life. It shows that you respect your time and your space. It illustrates that you are always Productive in mind, body and soul. Being Prolific makes you Prominent. People seek you from the weak to the meek because they know well that you show by example, lead by example and live by example. Dear Friends with such a mind-set you will be blessed with a Property of your own. Whatever you spent on rent is of little consequence when your ascent to fame matters. A home owner soon become a Proprietor of their domain and lives a life of Prosperity. That definitely sums up success with happiness. Now that you found your pot of gold it is time to be the Protector of your domain and of your family. To do this effectively you need to be an able Provider that can meet the demands of his or her domain. Think Pro, Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls. Always remember the Bakers dozen of 12 power words to help you along your journey.
The SHARP Effect
Quote of the day
‘The SHARP Effect enables you to remain Sharp in the months ahead of you. It employs several potent words that merges Success with Happiness and these words are Subtractive, Hyperactive, Active, Attractive, Reactive and Proactive.’
Greetings and Salutations to you on a wonderful day in August. I hope and pray that you are well enjoying every second of your wonderful life. Life is wonderful and therefore you need to be successful and happy every second of your centennial life on planet Earth. Today I want to talk about the SHARP effect because it is a technique that will help you merge success and happiness as one. One of the key techniques in life to become successful is to subtract from your daily grind things that makes you sad. If you take away the sadness, madness, evilness, wickedness, callousness, coldness, cheerlessness, destructiveness and the distastefulness from your life you will see an immediate difference. Doing this gives you extra time to focus on other important things, hence the hyperactive lifestyle where every penny counts and every second is paramount. Moving from the traditional active lifestyle to a hyperactive one makes you more attractive. An attractive person is more pleasing to be with, associate with and work with. An attractive person is always reactive to every second that passes them. The use of the word reactive in this instance implies being sensitive. When you are sensitive to life itself you immediately react by being thoughtful, sympathetic and understanding. With more time on your hands as a result of the above applications you can lead a more proactive life. A proactive life is one where every day is a learning experience and from experience comes a better day and a better person. Just think about this for one moment. In the hustle and bustle of your daily grind you tend to focus too much on what you can earn rather than what you can learn. Your project in life is to achieve success. During your day you may be happy just for the moment. Applying the SHARP Effect enables you to be Subtractive, Hyperactive, Active, Attractive, Reactive and Proactive. As a result, you merge success with happiness and live a more productive lifestyle. It removes inhibitions and makes you fill of ambitions. It makes you think like a logician rather than live like a magician. It gives you a mission in life, it removes the suspicions in life and it makes you work, live and act in the best of conditions. Thank you for finding the time to read this article. It forms a useful kick-start to a better and productive month in August.
